William (Bill) R. A. Boben, III, CCIM, SIOR, manages the brokerage activities of the sales and leasing team who serves an array of clients including corporations, private companies, small businesses, and individual investors, in assessing their real estate needs in an advisory role. In addition, he also evaluates the sales and leasing opportunities in the marketplace. Bill oversees the leasing efforts for the High Real Estate Group’s commercial/industrial portfolio that encompasses over five million square feet in Lancaster, Harrisburg and Chester County.
In his previous role as Associate Broker, within High Associates, Bill focused on the sales and leasing of commercial, industrial and office properties with expertise in the areas of higher education and healthcare facilities. He participated in several high profile development projects including The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, Pennsylvania College of Heath Sciences and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.
Bill received both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1997 and the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) designation in 2005, serving as President for the SIOR Philadelphia Chapter in 2016. He was awarded the outstanding Commercial Deal Practitioner by his peers at the Lancaster County Association of Realtors. Bill graduated from Hamilton College in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and received his Master’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Richmond in 1990. He serves as a Trustee for First Presbyterian Church and is a member of the Lancaster Rotary Club.
He lives in Lancaster with his wife, Barbara, and has two daughters. He enjoys cycling, running and skiing in his free time.
