Eric M. Lehmayer, MAI, MRICS, LEED AP, Director of Appraisal Services, is responsible for providing consultative, valuation, and real estate tax assessment appeal services to his clients that include corporations, municipalities, public and private institutions, and individual property owners.

A 30-year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Lehmayer holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is a LEED AP, and is state certified as a general appraiser in Pennsylvania. Mr. Lehmayer has testified in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Lancaster County Board of View, and in numerous Boards of Assessment Appeal. He has served as president of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is currently a member of its Board of Directors and is a licensed real estate instructor.

In July, 2011, Mr. Lehmayer was appointed by Governor Corbett and confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate to serve a four-year term on the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers.

In December, 2015, Mr. Lehmayer was appointed by Governor Tom Wolf and confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate to serve a second four-year term on the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers.  He is currently co-chairman of the board.

Mr. Lehmayer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The American University. He is active in various community activities and in November 2013, was elected Commissioner of Spring Garden Township, York, Pa.
